BuildAcre was established in 2019 and was formally incorporated under Blackfyre Infra Private Limited in 2023. The company was founded by Mr. Koushik Gowda A.G, who currently serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

 

The leadership team includes Mrs. Vandana Nagesh (Director), Mr. Harsha T D as the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer, and Chief of Operations, Mr. Cheluvaraj as the Sales Head, and Mr. Manjunath H.M. as the Head of Projects. The Procurement Team is led by Procurement Head Mr. Manish Yadav and Mr. Ramesh Gowda, while Mr. Chourappa oversees field activities as the Operations Manager.
