Our Team

BuildAcre was established in 2019 and was formally incorporated under Blackfyre Infra Private Limited in 2023. The company was founded by Mr. Koushik Gowda A.G, who currently serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

The leadership team includes Mrs. Vandana Nagesh (Director), Mr. Harsha T D as the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer, and Chief of Operations, Mr. Cheluvaraj as the Sales Head, and Mr. Manjunath H.M. as the Head of Projects. The Procurement Team is led by Procurement Head Mr. Manish Yadav and Mr. Ramesh Gowda, while Mr. Chourappa oversees field activities as the Operations Manager. Mr. Manjunath will lead the Interiors Execution as the Interiors Coordinator.

Client Acquisition team includes Ms. Manjula, Ms. Manasa, and Mr. Prashanth T.

The digital and creative division is managed by Mrs. Mithun Rani, the Digital Marketing Specialist, supported by Ms. Ankita, the Video Editor and Graphic Designer, Mr. Yogesh Web Developer.

The design and architectural excellence of BuildAcre is driven by Mrs. Swathi and Mrs. Mamatha, the Chief Architect and Senior Interior Designer, along with Ms. Harshita and Ms. Shalini, both Senior Architects.

The structural engineering team is led by Mr. Sakiq, the Senior Structural Engineer. Project execution is efficiently managed under Mr. Sachin, the Project Manager, supported by a dynamic team of experienced site engineers and supervisors who bring energy, precision, and expertise to every BuildAcre project.
