Job Title: Site Engineer.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites
- Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, site teams, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Manage site daily work updates
- Plan and track material requirements and site usage
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams
- Maintain proper communication with clients and project stakeholders when required
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering, 1–3 years of experience in residential or commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site execution
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans
- Good communication and coordination skills, Kannada is mandatory
- Willingness to travel between project sites in Bangalore

Requirements
